AIC's International Operations Division was established in 1980 to develop the Group's I overseas role,co-ordinates the existing partnership with overseas companies and to I structure the growing internationalization of AIC.

Since that timeAIC has consolidated its overseas activities in Engineering Projects, Petrochemical, Medical and Leisure Industries. Meanwhile 1995 sees the creation of a separate Management Consultancy Department aimed at widening markets and making new skills available particularly in the fields of Financial Management, Investment Studies and Strategic Planning Future geographysical focus will see AIC develop its interests from the Caribbean and into Latin America. Similarly, the existing project base in Afric will be widened with the establishment of new offices in kenya and South Africa.
